If I were to make a top of the days when I had the most fun at the Peninsula Festival it would be like this: 1st place: day 2 with the Kasabian concert; 2nd place: day 4 with Hammerfall and Within Temptation; 3rd place: day 3 with Iggy and The Stooges; 4th place: day 1 with Guano Apes. They were tiresome days, full of rock, beer, photographs, laughter, head banging, friends and, unfortunately, buntzi buntzi ( Romanian way off imitating in a funny way the rhythms of house/trance/whatever you want to call it music ). Every time there was a short pause of a few seconds between the songs of the rock bands that delighted our ears on Tuborg Main Stage, our ear drums were violated by the bass of buntzi buntzi coming from a nearby tent where the “dijays” were unfolding, so to speak. I home this problem will be resolved by next year, the fans of rock music were not the only ones to complain about it, the artists that performed on the Main Stage expressed their disapproval as well.
