Out in the fields

Pe camp, unde oamenii cultivau grau. Acum se cultiva rapita. Pacat ca au cules recolta deja. Sper sa mai am ocazia sa fotografiez cateva lanuri in vara asta.

Out in the fields, where farmers used to grow wheat. Now they grow rapeseed. Too bad it was already harvested. I hope I have the chance to take more photos of rapeseed fields this summer.

Update: Am adaugat si versiunea color. Eu o prefer pe cea alb negru.
              I uploaded the color version as well. I prefer the black and white one. 
 

May's blues

Apus de mai. Privelistea de pe balcon e mereu rapitoare. Fiecare rasarit si fiecare apus e spectaculos. Nu ma mai satur de muntii Fagaras si varfurile lor inzapezite. Intr-o seara linistita ca aceasta nu am nevoie de mai mult…Poate doar de o carte buna si un pahar de ceai negru rece alaturi de prietenii mei.

A May sunset. The view from my balcony is breathtaking. Every sunrise and sunset is spectacular. I simply can’t get enough of the Fagaras mountains and their snowy peaks. On a silent evening like this I really don’t need anything else…Or maybe just a good book and a glass of cold black tea with my friends.

Tilting at windmills

I always think of Don Quixote when I see a windmill.
